Mobile Nail Services Policy
Travel Fee
A standard $50 Mobile Service Travel Fee is applied to all appointments and is automatically added at checkout. This fee covers travel time, transportation, and setup for mobile services.The travel fee is non‑refundable once the technician is en route.
To protect both clients and technicians:

Clients must not book if they are sick (fever, flu symptoms, COVID‑19, contagious skin/nail infections, etc.).

If the technician arrives and finds the client is ill or shows symptoms, the appointment will be cancelled, and a 50% fee will be charged.

Fungal infections, open wounds, or severe skin irritation cannot be serviced for safety reasons
To ensure a smooth and hygienic service, clients must provide:

A clean, well‑lit area with access to a table or flat surface.

A stable chair for both client and technician.
-
Access to warm water and an electrical outlet (if needed for equipment).

Pets must be secured during the appointment for sanitation and safety.
If the environment is unsafe or unsanitary, the technician may refuse service. The client will be charged 50% of the service total.
For everyone’s well‑being:

No other adults may be present in the service area unless they are receiving service or are a guardian.

No inappropriate behavior, verbal harassment, or unsafe conditions will be tolerated.

If the technician feels unsafe at any time, the appointment will end immediately and no refund will be issued.

Weather & Emergency Cancellation
Because mobile services rely on safe travel, certain conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled.

Severe weather (snow, ice, heavy rain, flooding, high winds) or unsafe travel conditions may prevent technicians from reaching your location safely.

Emergencies, whether personal or community‑wide, may also require a change in schedule.

If your appointment must be adjusted, your technician will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule you for the earliest available opening.

Clients will not be charged any cancellation fee when the technician initiates a weather- or emergency‑related reschedule.

If the client chooses to cancel due to weather but the technician deems travel safe, standard cancellation policies apply.
No-Video/Recording
To maintain a professional and comfortable service environment, we do not allow recording of technicians without explicit permission.

No filming, photos, or audio recording of the technician or service process is allowed unless they provide verbal permission.

This protects the privacy, safety, and professional boundaries of your technician.

If a client continues to record after being asked to stop, the appointment may be ended immediately, and no refund will be issued for the unfinished service.

Clients are welcome to take photos of their finished nails, as long as the technician is not included without consent.
