All standard candle orders are processed within 3–5 business days

Custom candles may require additional time depending on design and production needs.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
the damaged item, packaging, and the shipping label. We will gladly send a replacement after review. Refer to our refund policy for more details.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.
